The Cubs have traded for Florida CF Juan Pierre early this morning of December 7th. They will be giving up minor league pitchers Renyel Pinto and Rickey Nolasco. Reports are running wild out of the GM meetings that the Dodgers are giving serious consideration to trading former Des Plainesian Shawn Green for Sammy Sosa.
